1. Who we are

SPARK Studio is a women’s fitness studio at Al Soor Street, Al Shaheed Park (Phase 3), Kuwait City. This policy explains what personal information we collect through our website, app and studio, why we use it, and the choices members have. It adds detail to Section 17 of our Terms and Conditions.

2. What we collect

Account details: name, email address, phone number and date of birth.
Health declaration and liability waiver answers, and any medical report a member provides to freeze a package.
Bookings, attendance, cancellations and waitlist entries.
Purchases and payment records. Card payments are processed by Tap; we never store card numbers.
Messages sent to us, for example through the contact form or by email.

3. Why we use it

To manage accounts, bookings, packages and attendance.
To keep classes safe, using the health declaration.
To take payments and keep financial records.
To meet our legal duties.
To send service messages, such as booking confirmations, class changes and reminders.
To send news and offers, only to members who have agreed to receive them.

4. Who we share it with

We share personal information only when it is needed to deliver our services or when the law requires it:

Tap, to process card payments.
Email, SMS and WhatsApp providers, to deliver our messages.
Authorities, when the law requires it.

We never sell personal information.

5. How long we keep it

Account information is kept while the account is active.
Financial records are kept for as long as Kuwaiti law requires.
Medical reports are deleted 12 months after the freeze they support ends.

6. Member choices

Members may opt out of marketing communications at any time through the app or by email.
Members may ask us to correct personal information that is wrong.
Members may delete their account in the app or by emailing us. Records that the law requires us to keep are kept for the required period.

7. Security

We store personal and health information securely, and only staff who need it for their work can see it.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to members at least 1 day before they take effect, as set out in Section 21 of the Terms and Conditions.
