Delete your account

Delete it in the app

• Open the Spark Studio app and sign in.
• Go to Account → Delete account.
• Check what you will lose, then ask for the confirmation code. We send it by email; if your account has no email, you can add one on the same screen.
• Enter the code to confirm. Deletion is final and cannot be undone.

Or ask us by email

Email infosparkstudioofficial.com with the subject “Delete my account”, from the email address on your account or with your registered mobile number. We confirm it is you, delete the account within 30 days and email you when it is done.

What is deleted

• Your name, email address, mobile number, date of birth and billing address.
• Your sign-in sessions, devices, push notification tokens, notifications and notification settings.
• Your upcoming bookings and waitlist places (cancelled without charge) and any remaining package credits (forfeited, not refunded).
• Messages you sent us through the contact form, and staff notes about you.

What is kept, and why

• Orders, payments, refunds and invoices, for accounting as Kuwaiti law requires. They are kept under the name “Deleted member” with no contact details.
• Signatures given when buying a package, as evidence of the purchase agreement, stored privately.
• A one-way coded copy of your email and mobile number with your date of birth and any booking restriction, kept for up to 5 years so studio rules still apply to a new account, then deleted. It cannot be turned back into your details.

If a payment or refund is still being processed when you confirm, your access ends at once and the deletion finishes when it settles (within 30 days at the latest).
